Wallace offers Rubber Hardness Test Blocks in six scales – IRHD (Micro), IRHD (Macro), Shore A, D, O and M. Test blocks are manufactured from high-quality rubber which limits the ageing effects of temperature and time on hardness. Each set is supplied in a neat wooden box with a test certificate.

We recommend test blocks be returned to Wallace every 12 months for re-calibration, as the hardness characteristics of rubber change over time.

No, we cannot currently supply ISO 17025 calibration for our test blocks but our standard calibration certificate is UKAS Traceable.

No, your test block set has to be calibrated on our master instrument in our Lab to ensure verification on an independent instrument.
